Islamabad:  Joint teams of Food Security Department, Agriculture Department and Pakistan Army are conducting survey and control operations in the affected areas – NLCC

Control operation has been carried out on 59.26 lakh acres across the country.  1146 teams are participating in the campaign in the affected areas of 8 districts . Survey has been done on 01.11 crore acres across the country . In the last 24 hours, 290888 acres were surveyed in Punjab province. In the last 24 hours, 100354 acres were surveyed in Sindh province .  Operation was carried out on 5424 acres in the presence of locust heart in 4 districts.  152538 acres surveyed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in last 24 hours.  233720 acres surveyed in the last 24 hours in Balochistan Province .  Operation was carried out in 143 acres on the presence of locust heart in 4 districts – NLCC
