The dream of the province of South Punjab that we embodied in our manifesto has started to be realized today.

Additional Chief Secretary South Punjab and Additional IG South Punjab have been appointed

I talked to both the officers and they are ready to take charge

Prime Minister Imran Khan and Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar have briefed him on what we expect from him.

The people of South Punjab will no longer have to go to Lahore for their work

His police matters and administrative matters will be resolved in Multan and Bahawalpur

Both the officers will set up their offices at both Bahawalpur and Multan and will sit there and deal with the problems of the people

It is also a very important step in the devolution of power

Like the National Finance Award, the Provincial Finance Award is very important

According to the Cabinet decision, when the Provincial Finance Award is implemented, funds will be available to the districts keeping in view their population, their needs and their deprivations.

Now, like in the past, the fund of South Punjab will not be able to be spent in any other way. Now the money of South Punjab will be spent on South Punjab.

This is a big step that we appreciate

Now the people of South Punjab will get justice near their homes, God willing
