Discussion on overall situation of Sindh province, public issues related to Karachi, Hyderabad and inner Sindh, development projects and alliance issues between PTI and Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
The delegation appreciated the vision and initiatives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan in preventing the situation of Corona virus and providing relief to the people and said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement fully supports the efforts of the government for the prevention and relief of Corona virus. I will continue to cooperate fully.
The delegation briefed the Prime Minister on the development needs of Karachi, the need to empower and make local government effective and other issues.
Talking to the delegation, the Prime Minister said that the problems of the people of Sindh have been ignored in the past. He said that the development of the country is related to the construction and development of Karachi. He said that the people of Karachi and the business community are fully aware of the problems faced by them due to Corona.
Talking about the government’s policies regarding Corona, the Prime Minister said that our first priority is to provide facilities to the poor people. “It has been our misfortune that in the past, policy-making has been made with the elite and a certain class in mind, rather than the common man,” he said.
The Prime Minister reiterated his commitment that the Federal Government would play its full role in the development of Sindh province and especially Karachi. The Prime Minister said that our priority is the people of Sindh.
